The app keeps crashing.
Make sure you have the latest version of MomCo and try force-quitting the app. If the issue persists, uninstall the app from your phone, download it again and re-install it. If you have additional problems, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
As long as you don’t delete your account, this won’t delete your existing forums, play dates, messages, etc.
MomCo is stuck on “Finding” when I am looking for moms.
Make sure the GPS (or “location services”) on your device is enabled.
You can also try logging out and logging back in, or increasing the distance under “Distance Setting”. The distance will only locate moms within 200 miles or less.
If no moms are found, then most likely there aren’t any moms that have downloaded the app in your area yet. You can help us spread the word by using the invite feature!
I can’t leave the profile screen.
Make sure you input the information about your kids. It will not let you leave this screen until you do that.
I am not able to login using Facebook.
